This is not justice. This is brutality and this should be condemned. The easiest thing to do is to have laws, if you wish to punish people, it takes 0.1 seconds to get a law passed that legalizes chemical castration.

Police saying that he accidentally shot himself is just lies of another kind. This is a power trip and so many people of my nation have no clue how bad it is.

CCD is doing great work.
My close relative is SHO in mid city and he says that once CCD is sure of crime(police 99% knows who did what since it is daily thing for them), they encounter. 
This put fear in small criminals and deters small crime. Big criminal still dont fear police but are cautious. These kind of gang encounters are much better and hopefully will stop the gangs.
Chota mota dakait mar dena aik baat likin asa proper gang with weapon ko encounter krna is difficult for police too since return fire can kill police constables.

This will lead to creation of new criminal gangs and soldifying alliamce between politicians, army entrepreneurs and land grabbers. OP doesnt remember that this approach has been made against MQM in past. Heck the majority of hero cops of 90s were later found to be pseudo criminals. Abid boxer being prime case. 
Plus land grabbing is not a capital offence. Encounters for alleged land grabbing will lead to more accusations and creating a murder wave.

Nah, it's just another marketing ploy for plastic queen. I personally know someone recently targeted by CCD by mistake. They destroyed his property instead of his neighbors', whom CCD was actually after. Instead of apologizing and compensating for damages, they completely ignored him. The police told him that it's a new department and they needed to maintain a good reputation, so instead of CCD, they offered that a local police officer would come late at night, after 11 PM, so no one in the village would see them apologize. This was despite everyone already knowing CCD wasn't after him. But there was still no compensation for over 60k in damages.

Approach senior officers like DCP or SP and submit a complaint with them wherein all the details are mentioned of what has happened with you. If you have proof then submit that too (as that would be beneficial). Now regarding complaint against police; you sure can do it but do only if you have proof otherwise your complaint will not ne properly attended.

If you have a lawyer in your friends or family then consult him as a lawyer can guide you better.
